The African Heritage Festivals at  Leigh Library

The Minority ethnic  people now feel less isolated as a result of accessing a range of social activities that we do in this borough which truly represents their feelings, experiences, hopes and dreams.  Our members, volunteers and the local indigenous population had a wonderful opportunity to integrate and overcome barriers through  participation in ways that are fun and enduring.
